I am know as ATVCamper and I believe getting to the campsite is half the adventure, whether it’s by foot, mountain bike, all terrain vehicle (ATV), motorcycle, or full size vehicle. I have been primitive camping and riding dirt bikes for over forty years now. I started riding utility 4×4 All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in 2000. I discovered ATV camping through some friends and quickly realized this was a great way to get to those uncrowded back country campsites.
Living in Colorado we are surrounded with some great areas for ATV camping from Montana to New Mexico and Idaho to Arizona. There is so much to enjoy at a remote, uncrowded camping spot next to a pond for fishing, hunting, hiking, riding, and just relaxing with friends and family.
With this blog I will share some of my experiences and experiences of others while ATV Camping, riding and hunting.
